Shipping Policy
At Custom Shed Depot, we prioritize timely and efficient delivery of your custom shed built. This shipping policy provides essential details on our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and commitment to excellent customer service. Thank you for choosing us!
We offer shipping throughout Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, as well as across all Australian states. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after it dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure prompt delivery. Standard shipping times are typically:
- Melbourne: 2-5 business days.
- Regional Victoria: 5-7 business days.
- Interstate (NSW, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT): 7-14 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery location. We strive to offer competitive rates.
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damaged goods, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Return Policy
Whether you have a question about our products, need assistance with your shed design, or want to check on the status of your order, our team is here to assist you.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer service team at 1800 51 22 61, and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive the RMA, securely package the item and include a copy of your original invoice.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
